After the workshop earlier in the day, TUBBS and the Great Western Chorus staged an evening of a cappella singing for an audience of over 140 at the Victoria Rooms.

TUBBS opened the show with a first half consisting of:

• For The Longest Time (ManTUBBS)
• Goodnight Sweetheart (ManTUBBS)
• The Bare Necessities (BigTUBBS)
• This Is The Moment (LadyTUBBS)
• Love Potion Number Nine (Lady TUBBS)
• Misty (HotTUBBS)
• The Rhythm Of Life (HotTUBBS)
• Starlight (Big TUBBS)

After a brief interval, the Great Western Chorus continued with the second half, and were joined first by the TUBBS' gents and then the ladies as well for performances of:

• Is This The Way To Amarillo? (TUBBS & GWC Gents)
• Feelin' Groovy (TUBBS Ladies)
• And So To Sleep Again (TUBBS & GWC)
• Harmony (TUBBS & GWC)

The concert ended to a long round of applause from the audience, who were invited to join both groups at the pub, where the tags continued long into the night…

GWC have since said how much they enjoyed the day, and plans are already afoot for a repeat in 2010, aiming to make an annual workshop and concert a fixture for both groups.
