The TUBBS committee usually meets every week to keep the society running smoothly. Times and locations are published in advance on the events page, and all members are invited to attend and express their opinions.

Occasionally, the committee will need to discuss something in private, and other members are asked to leave for these discussions; minutes of such discussions are marked as “reserved” and are only available to current committee members.
